We Design
If you decide we’re a good fit, you’ll take care of our trip design fee and we’ll begin crafting your preliminary itinerary. You’ll receive 1-2 itinerary options, and then we’ll work with you to refine your favorite until it’s a perfect fit.

Arranging It All
Now it’s time for you to sit back and relax! With your itinerary finalized, we’ll take care of booking and managing every last travel component on your behalf, including flights, transfers, property stays, tours, and more. We’ll review every last detail with you so you feel confident you’re leaving on a seamless escape.

Embark on Your Journey
Now you’re off! You’ll depart armed with a comprehensive digital itinerary available via mobile app, for access on the go. If you encounter any travel hiccups, or just have additional questions, while on your journey, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to keep your journey stress-free.

Our partners across the world, that are specialized in certain destinations, provide insider tips and guidance as we craft the perfect itinerary for your journey. This means you get personalized attention, while accessing our network of pros to create an expertly crafted trip.

Virtuoso partners with over 1,800 of the world’s best travel companies such as hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and more creating a seamless experience. As a Virtuoso member-affiliated advisor, we craft bespoke trips and itineraries for our clients that include unique experiences, special upgrades, complimentary perks, VIP treatment and rare access.
Our fee varies according to the complexity and length of your trip, the number or travelers, and other factors but starts at $50 per day of travel. We also work with a small number of clients on an annual retainer basis for dedicated travel service year-round.
While designing your trip, we are committed to finding what works best for you and crafting immersive itineraries with your needs in mind. Our design fee helps ensure a mutual commitment to collaborating on your adventure. We do so much more than just booking a trip; we want to build a relationship with you so you can experience the bold beauty this world has to offer on a transformational travel experience designed just for you.
Additionally, we work for you and with you. Our goal is to find what works best for you, and not places that deliver the highest commissions. We'll be tapping into our connections around the world to design an escape that takes you deep into your destination.
