Part 1: Starting Your Journey with Biophilia Travel Designs
Part 2: Designing Your Custom-Crafted Immersive Journey
Part 3: Booking and Managing Your Dream Trip
Part 4: Making Dreams a Reality

Starting your journey with Biophilia Travel Designs is an exciting and personalized experience that begins with understanding your needs and then saving your spot. As a custom-crafted travel design service, we aim to create unforgettable trips tailored to your preferences, ensuring that every aspect of your journey aligns with your vision. In this first part of our four-part blog series, we will delve into the initial steps of our travel planning process.

Let’s Connect

To Start your adventure with Biophilia Travel Designs, you’ll want to complete your Travel Request. Once submitted, you’ll get immediate access to our comprehensive introduction guide, which provides detailed information about our company, processes, and services. This guide will give you a deeper understanding of how we operate and assist you in determining if we are the right fit for your travel needs. If you believe we are, we will then arrange a complimentary consultation to further discuss your trip.

For your convenience, we offer consultations via video or email. During this session, we will delve deeper into the specifics of your journey. We want to understand your vision, understand your travel preferences, and gather all the necessary details to create a customized itinerary. In addition to the basics, we may ask thought-provoking questions, such as what would make this trip truly amazing for you and what motivates you the most to embark on this adventure. Furthermore, we will inquire about your most memorable vacations or travel experiences, seeking insights into what made them extraordinary. By understanding your aspirations and desires, we can better align our services with your unique expectations.

Our ultimate goal is to foster a collaborative relationship with each client, where mutual understanding is key. We believe that effective communication and a shared vision are the cornerstones of a successful travel planning experience. This consultation also serves as an opportunity for you to have all your questions addressed. Additionally, we will provide further details about our travel design fee, which may vary depending on the complexity of your trip but is typically $50 per day of travel.

Save Your Spot

Once we have determined that we are a suitable match to work together, we will proceed to secure your spot on our travel design calendar. Upon signing the travel design contract, we will reserve your place promptly. We intentionally limit the number of new clients we take to ensure that each individual receives the highest level of service. By maintaining a design calendar, we can stagger the start dates for new trip planning, allowing us to dedicate our full attention to crafting an exceptional experience exclusively tailored to you.
