Two weeks before your departure, I’ll send you electronic copies of essential documents, including your custom itinerary, reservation confirmations, and tickets. We’ll review everything together, leaving you feeling confident and prepared. Additionally, I’ll provide helpful reminders, recommendations, and destination-specific travel tips to enhance your trip. I’ll even assist you with the check-in process for your flight if needed.
Embark on Your Journey
It’s time to set off on your adventure! Armed with a comprehensive digital itinerary available via mobile app, you’ll have all the information you need at your fingertips. Once you arrive at your destination, I’ll send you a quick check-in email, but otherwise, I’ll leave you to enjoy your trip to the fullest! However, If you encounter any travel hiccups, or just have additional questions, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m here to keep your journey stress-free. For your peace of mind, I’ll provide you with contact information for my trusted local partners, so support is always available to you.
Once You Return
Your journey may be over, but our collaboration doesn’t end there. I genuinely want to hear everything – the highlights, the surprises, and everything in between!
